Cancellation Policy

As we strive to provide continued accommodations, it is imperative that we receive notice of cancellation as early as possible.  Any cancellation within 4 days prior to your check-in will be charged a 50% fee based on the reservation.

Parking/Storage of Bicycles


There are 2 well-lit parking spaces in our paved driveway located off Chestnut St.  Street parking is permitted (daytime & overnight) during Spring, Summer & Fall seasons.  During the winter months, we ask that you utilize the driveway parking as street parking is not permitted for snow removal purposes.

We can store bicycles in the secure fenced yard or locked garage.  An air compressor is also available on-site.
